In Higoan, there are normal packaging and double packaging. We will make an arrangement of packaging correspondence to customer's order situation as follows.

Normal packaging:
1. When delivering products directly from our shop to the gift recipient.
2. In the case of delivering the product to the customer himself / herself, and in case there is no gift service (photo included, gift message card etc.).

Double packing:
In the case where the gift recipient is designated as the customer himself, and the application of any gift service (photo, gift message card, etc.) has been made.
※ The cardboard design you use depends on the item you ordered.
In order to reduce environmental burdens and wasteful to dispose of packaging materials of recipients, Higoan employs to simple packaging.

Packing flow is as follows.

1. Pack the fruit ordered on cardboard.

2. When there is an order of 熨斗, as shown in the photo image, we will put it inside the cardboard as inside 熨斗.

3. Close corrugated paper, paste shipping slip on exterior, we will dispatch.


Some customers bring it to their friends or business clients. In that case, we will deliver it in double packaging.
Packing flow is as follows.

1. Pack the fruit ordered on cardboard.

2. Close cardboard and paste wrapping paper on outer circumference.

※ Our shop is a relatively large product such as an assortment of fruits and big water melons, so the appearance is not good in all packages, it will be delivered by some packaging.

3. When there is an order of 熨斗, paste 熨斗 as per the photo image.

4. In order not to damage the corrugated paper, pack the whole with the air cap, we will dispatch the shipping slip from above on it.

※ In case of multiple orders, it is not packing by air cap but packing it in large cardboard collectively.


With gift service ordered: If the gift sender and recipient’s address is the same and in case of "gift service ordered", we will deliver it in double packaging even if you do not wish to do so when ordering.

No Order of gift service: Basically it will be delivered in simple packaging if the ordering address is the same and "no gift service ordered". Even in that case, if you wish to double packaging please write "hope double packing" in the remarks column of the cart screen.

* When delivering directly from our shop to a gift recipient, we will deliver it in simple packaging rather than double packaging from the viewpoint of environmental protection.
