You can use Photo service on the gift you ordered. Higoan will deliver the photos that recorded the warm moments to important people. Up to 3 photos are possible for each shipment.
In addition, we will deliver the enclosed items with the transparent film so that important photos will not be hurt.

*E-mail or S-mail appendance.

There are two ways to send photos. Please choose the method that is convenient for you.

① In case of sending photos
Please send us your photos to Higoan via Japan postal service. When mailing, please fill in the name of the gift sender (not the gift recipient) on the envelope you use for sending.
※ The shipping cost of the photo will be borne by the customer.
※ Up to 3 photos can be bundled up to one gift recipient.
In case you ordered multiple gifts and the photos to be bundled are different
If you ordered multiple gifts and the photos to be bundled for each gift recipient are different, attach a memo or tag to the photograph so that we can see which photos are bundled to which recipients.

As soon as the photo you mailed from us arrives at our shop, we will send you an e-mail within 2 days to inform you we received it.
When sending photos by e-mail
We will print the photo data sent from you in L-size. (L-size: 89 × 127 mm)
※ Up to 3 photos can be bundled up to one gift recipient.
[How to send photos via e-mail]
Please send us your photo data by email after ordering the product.
※ Please attach the photo data size to be attached within 3MB per sheet.
If we can confirm the arrival of the photograph at our shop, we will send you an e-mail within 2 days to inform you we received it. After that, we print out the photo and ship it to the item you ordered.

After choosing purchaser information and settlement method, you can choose whether or not to include the photo in the next screen. Please select the way to send photos if you wish.
STEP 3: Dispatch photos to Higoan
If you choose "Print in Higoan", send us a photo by e - mail to our shop. If you choose "Mail photos to Higoan", please mail to our shop via Japan postal service. We will ship the items you bundled with the photos you sent to our shop.
